Most presentations are built around a sequence of slides created in PowerPoint. We can enhance these with superior graphic and design skills; and with detailed attention to the words used, make your slides more memorable and distinctive and give them much more impact.

We work on full presentations from scratch, or tidy up existing ones, as you require.

Random access slideshows

We have considerable experience in presentations that allow you to have conversations with your audience and quickly jump to appropriate pages to illustrate your point as the conversation develops.

Pitch books

Many a major pitch depends on quality documentation where conventional PowerPoint screens printed out and bound together are simply not good enough. Our pitch books are specifically designed for the purpose and can include full bleed with perfect binding.

Templates, designs

We design templates and ‘base’ presentations for use within companies and departments.

Odds & ends

We have designed and created more succinct, more legible and more useful Board Papers; we’ve developed encapsulated must-have, must-keep presentation summaries; our agenda sheets get given a WOW! factor that raises expectations of an interesting and exciting event; we’ve produced presentation place mats for dinner guests and much, much more.

Printing

Presentations are printed for many purposes and in many different formats
●  for proofing and checking
●  for handing out to the audience so they can make notes
●  as large display boards
●  as a ‘deck’ to be used instead of a screenshow
●  as a prestige book to stand in its own right
●  as an encapsulated summary of a presentation
●  to be used in a novel way (such as presentation place mats)

At Showcase we not only have a lot of experience in preparing presentations for these different forms of printing, but take immense care to ensure that the printing is done properly and to the highest possible standards – whether A4 or A5 handouts, boards up to A0 and larger, or books with bleed pages and perfect binding.

Events : Roadshows, Conferences and Staging

Roadshows
We have run roadshows throughout Europe, in the US and Far East.

This includes trucking sets from venue to venue, keeping everything flexible so that it can be redesigned on the spot to suit the venue (the 'kitchen sink' approach); and the fast-in fast-out, with portable equipment and staging that moves with the presentation team (the 'hit and run' approach).

Success depends on good logistics, good planning, flexibility and teamwork

Conferences
Showcase has run conferences for major international companies both in the UK and abroad in conjunction with both UK and local suppliers. Our role is to safeguard the relationship between the speaker and the audience and not let it become subverted by technical or logistical issues.

Webcasting
We can arrange live or delayed webcasting, with video or audio content. Our work can be seen on Microsoft LiveMeeting.

Staging
Our philosophy is to keep things simple and flexible and to crew with fewer, better people. Our focus is, as ever on the audience and the speakers.
